Victorian Fun Day

From 2pm to 6pm
Step back in time to the Victorian age and meet workhouse paupers who will be demonstrating their chores whilst the schoolmaster leads a lesson in the workhouse schoolroom.
But it’s not all gloom and misery, there’s also be a chance to discover Victorian leisure pursuits, including demonstrations of Victorian cycles and music of the era played on period instruments. There will be toys, games and stories for families too.
