Explore the villages of mid-Cheshire then and now with local historian Paul Hurley.
From Moulton, original home of the Winsford salt workers, to Sandiway, birthplace of famous Cheshire architect John Douglas. From Whitegate, once home of the largest Cistercian abbey in the country, then to Hartford, the hamlet of Cotebrook and its larger neighbour Tarporley, the ancient village of Great Budworth, and on to Weaverham, Barnton and Little Leigh.
£1.50, including a complimentary tea or coffee from 2.30pm.
