The Great War Community Collection Roadshow
22nd March 2014

Between 11am and 4pm

As part of a Cheshire-wide project marking the centenary year of the outbreak of conflict there is a travelling roadshow where you are invited to bring in their own Great War Collections so that they could be recorded and stories can be shared.

It will be at the museum in Northwich on 22nd March, and a team of volunteers and staff will be on hand to scan or photograph items and record both their history and the people connected with them.

There will also be a display of stories and images already collected in the project.

Please be aware that, as information about each item has to be recorded and the item scanned or photographed, there may be a short wait, but we hope you think it is worth it to become part of history.

For more information visit the Great War Cheshire website.

Contact the museum on 01606 271640 or
