Summer Holiday Family Activities: Medieval Life and make a clay gargoyle
21st August 2013 - 22nd August 2013

Museum Event: Family Holiday Ativities

Meet our medieval characters including a travelling musician, soldier and relic peddling pardoner.  You can also create your own miniature gargoyle based on examples from medieval churches in Cheshire.

Family Craft Activities are held each Wednesday and Thursday in each school holiday except Christmas.   We have a varied programme of craft workshops and living history to have fun with and keep you busy during the school holidays.  The activities start at 10am and run to 4pm.  Activities usually take about 45 minutes to an hour to complete and are included in the usual admission price to the museum.  Children must be accompanied by an adult.  Regular visitors might wish to take advantage of the museum season ticket and save money over the year.
