Museum Event: Children's Holiday Activity
Supermarket Science – Join us for a workshop full of fizzes, pops and colour changing potions just using everyday items from the shops or in your kitchen cupboard.
We'll also be exploring Northwich's links to chemistry. So you can find out about the of polythene in the town in 1933 and experiment with 'magic plastic'. Then learn about the ancient salt industry and try dissolving rock salt then filtering and evaporating to make white salt.
Activity runs anytime between 10am to 4pm but takes 45mins to an an hour to complete.
Free to season ticket holder and daytime children’s films are included as part of the admission charge.
Any non-season ticket holder adults attending the holiday activities with their children free of charge, must pay the adult admission price to see the film as well.
