Holiday Activities: Workhouse Days

From 10am to 4pm
Explore our Victorian workhouse and experience a day in the life of a pauper. Try out chores, have a school lesson, see the dismal diet and take part in an exercise drill. You can also make your own workhouse toy to take away.
School Holiday Acitivites take place every Wednesday and Thursday in the school holidays and run from 10am-4pm, you can drop in any time between those times.
Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Activities take about 45 minutes to complete and are included in your admission price to the museum.
