Film: The Round Up
23rd February 2012

Friends' Event: Film night

The Round Up (cert 15) - This is not a western.  It's the story of the round up of Jews in Paris in 1942 in the Vélodrome D'Hiver.  A disgraceful series of events that took place in occupied France in 1942, leading to the murder of 13,000 Jews. It is highly emotional and the acting is superb.

7 p.m. for 7:30 p.m. start.

Note that you need to book and pay for your ticket for Regalette Film Night in advance.

The Friends have a 'box office' on every film night or you can book and pay at the museum.
