Exhibition : The Curious World of Professor Josiah Mace
The renowned Victorian explorer, adventurer and antiquarian brings his cabinet of curiosities to Northwich. Professor Mace has spent the latter half of the 19th century in adventures around the world, from the depths of the Amazonian rainforest to the Wild West, from the Carpathian mountains to the lost world of Atlantis. Prepare to be amazed by his tales of derring do and astounded by the artefacts he has collected.
Entrance to the exhibition is free. There is a small charge when visiting the other galleries at the Weaver Hall Museum and Workhouse.
